Top Recruiter Returns with Jobsite.com as Key Sponsor
Jobsite.com, the next generation of the job board, is pleased to announce its sponsorship of Top Recruiter – Season 2. Top Recruiter is a web-based reality show that brings together the world’s most talented recruiters in a head-to-head competition. Jobsite.com launched in November and is part of the global digital recruitment group Evenbase.
Top Recruiter debuted in 2012 with production values that rival network TV to offer entertaining insight into the realities of recruiting. Its successful first series attracted 2.2 million views, sparking more than 4,100 audition tapes from recruiters around the world all vying for the title of Top Recruiter.
“As a new entrant to the US market ourselves, it made sense to support another ambitious brand that shares our passion for both digital and recruiting. We’re always looking for fresh, smart, and engaging ways to share ideas and tips with jobseekers and recruiters. Top Recruiter allows us to do exactly that, as well as further introduce Jobsite.com to the US.
“At the end of the day, we want to help people find jobs – if we can entertain them along the way, all the better. We look forward to sharing our insights with viewers this season!” stated Rayanne Thorn, VP of Communications and Branding (US), Evenbase.
Top Recruiter Creator and Executive Producer, Christopher Lavoie says, “We are excited and proud to have Jobsite.com as an official sponsor for Season 2. Jobsite.com is already making an impact with their revolutionary approach to the job board industry and we look forward to drawing on their thinking for tasks during the series.”
As part of the sponsorship, Jobsite.com will present a challenge to Top Recruiter contestants, providing vital performance feedback. Jobsite.com will also be featured prominently in all Top Recruiter promotions.
Jobsite.com is a unique, Beta service which takes the hard part out of the hiring process for employers and candidates. For hiring companies, Jobsite.com pro-actively finds applicants for jobs advertised on company website. Its smart software assesses how well candidates match the needs of the job and lets the hiring manager know when Hot Match applicants are found. If the hiring manager wants to interview a Hot Match applicant (or any of the other scored applicants), they pay a small fee; if not – it doesn’t cost them anything.
For candidates, Jobsite.com’s resume-to-job matching software finds posted jobs that match a jobseeker’s experience and lets them know when they are a Hot Match. The jobseeker then has the opportunity to review the job and apply, knowing how well matched they are to the job. A series of unique new services for candidates will be launched in the coming months.
